A friend told me that even if possession is given in LDA Avenue, it will not be feasible to built a home or to live there before 8 to 10 year. Need some advice from experienced friends.

mr mumshad what ur friend told u the reason why it is not feasible to build a home.did u not ask reason.i got worried to hear this because now a days i am seriously thinking to buy a plot to build my house after one year.mr m.waqas,mr rashid hassan and other friends are requested to share their thoughts about lda avenue1. |

There are some litigation issues in LDA avenue. Once these issues are resolved (it can be resolved in one or 5 years no one knows), people will start building houses there. I visited the site few months ago and i think much of the development work is already complete. I think it is not a bad investment if you have some patience to wait for litigation issues to be cleared. Make sure you don't buy plots close to villages or the ones that have litigation issues in court. I recommend you to go there and see the location of your plot before buying. |

mr mohsin i dont want to invest money ther i want to buy only to make my house.if i buy in possession area to build house after noe or two years then whats ur opinion.why it is not feasible to make house there till 8 to 10 years.please guide me. |

mr M.waqas very very thanx for ur detailed answer.now i am much satiffied to hear some thing good from any body.as i told that i want to buy one kanal plot there to build my house whats ur opinion which block will be more demanding in future and which blocks plots rate will be more high in future.thanx and regards |

I would like to ask LDA lovers what is so bad in Jubilee Town why People dont make houses there, That does not have Land and development issues it Has better Location and Connected to LDA avenue I as well. |
