what is price of plot near 703 J phase 6 DHA its a 7 marla plot? and is it a nice time to build a house here?

DHA 6 J 703 is worth Rs 31 to 32 lacs and excellent plot to start house there. Many house built near it or are under construction.
P 231 in DHA7 is worth 43 to 44 lacs
