can some body give opinion about Ph-6, MB 4 Marla commercial plot. is it good for investment. what is the future. and what is the maximium price in past when market was hot. what is the current price for any plot have double digits.

Sir i think its not good investment reason is although these plots look attractive while traveling but you cant approach the commercial plots from main road u have to be on service road and hence access to these shops is limited
Another point worth mentioning is that even on side road you are limited to shops of that particular block for example h block customer will find it difficult to go to J block MB plots and b block plots |
