Ihsan Ilahi sb there are hundreds of estate agents in Islamabad who deal in all the areas mentioned above. The only way to stand out from others is to quote a sample of honest and realistic price demands (neither too high nor too low) and to be willing to logically answer any criticism (some times unreasonable) from the readers.
Any advise from you will be more helpful and trustworthy if you write it openly on this forum instead of offering it only via individual correspondence. In post number 51076 you have quoted 70-80 lakhs per Kanal for plots in E-11/2. I think that is too low designed just to attract potential buyers. Can you quote actual demands with street/plot numbers? I will not hesitate to apologize if you show that my skepticism is unjustified. |
