an add was given two weeks ago by me interested to buy a 5 marla house in eden gardens, now i received reply and someone interested to sell his house at the rate of 36 lakhs, please be advised me is it worth to buy this house at this price. i visited such location three months ago on my visit to pakistan and found an excellent location comparatively. thanks for ur helps
