Application to Chief Justice on Parkveiw matter,

Dear all affected of Parkview scheme,

I would like to bring you all's attention that I have decided to formally lodge the complaint with the complaint cell of the Chief Justice of Pakistan. I think that it is the only way left for us to fight for our right. I hope this website management shall not remove my post because we are just talking about our due right.

Every one who has a parkview file my give me information about as for how long he is holding just a file. I will just add this information in my appeal without referring your name. Moreover i will also be delighted if someone of you has good writing skills and can draft an appeal, which i will submit on my responsibility. I have talked with someone and on the suggestion I received I am going to escalate this matter to the CJ level. This is because i see that the cost is being postponed again and again in the Lahore High court.
