Please any one can give today's rate of A-Class construction with Material Like Spanish/ Italian tiles in Bath-rooms and kitchen (Main, hot and Kitchenette).Roof with Jumbo o Lawn Spray for Insulation and double glazed window on sides need protection from sun. Good American Kitchen.

With the materials you are looking for, you will spend min 1800 to 2000 per sq foot. The lowest rate these days is 1400 and many people pay 1800 to 2000 for Defence area house constructions. In Defence rates are much higher than other areas due to much higher cost of labour and meterials & delivery costs etc.

Lahore Real Estate offers construction with best materials from Rs 1400 to 2000 Rs depending on what finishing meterials are used. Cost of labour and materials is increasing very fast and each years its gets more and more dificlutlt to make a new house. Please dont wait and start building your house asap because wait will cost you too much more money.
