If you plan to build a house soon or you are looking for marginal quick profit then DHA-6 10 marla is an option. But if you are looking for long-term investment then DHA-5 extension is best. There is a possibility that DHA-5 ext. balloting will be held before DHA-9 so you can make a estimate to wait for 1 to 3 years for balloting in DHA-5 ext. There are high chances that DHA-5 ext. prices will jump to 40+ lakh once balloting is done but you need good patience and free money to invest here. Hope it helps.

Time to buy 5 ext is now I am 99% sure its price is now not going down and will rise in short and long term.
