Parkview Extension,

Is DHA8 parkview extension files are good investment as the price range is 13 to 13.5 lacs in these days for 10 Marla,any idea what will be development charges for it, I am not in hurry I am looking for investment point of view for next 2-3 years, can someone provide information. And also what are charges for transfer and membership etc for parkview ext. I was reading blogs peoples are complaing about it, can someone explain what is the extact issue for parkview ext files.
