Please help me choosing between these options. I am really confused. I know location wise d12 is much better but the size is small.
Which one is best for investment (5 to 8 years) and may be for residential purpose later on.

E-16 is the best one option. 500 Sq Yards plot will serve you much better than 25x40 plot in D-12. |

after possession now e-16 is going to become another g-15. forget 25x40 |
