I bought state life 2, 1 kanal plot for 12 lacs in november 2009, CC block. Now the price has fallen to 7.5 lacs. can anybody adivse if i should sell the plot at this value or keep it. I can hold the plot but if the status is expected to remain like this for next 5 or 6 years then it seems like a very useless investment. CMY please could you give your expert advise on this.
