I am putting a topic here that which one is better from investment point of view Gold or Real Estate.
In a country like us where money is printing every day to meet the government expenses. Its like money is growing on trees and govt just pluck it everyday without earning or making any effort. This result in devaluation of our currency value each day and bring high rate of inflation. In this scenario people is required to save their hard earning either by investing in real estate or gold.
If you see the history of gold price during last 05 years it has gone up 20%-27% each year whereas real estate increased 9% to 19%. Now you can have online sale purchase of gold which eliminate the risk of keeping gold phisically with you.
So what do you thing which option is better and why?
