aoa mujahid yasin sb how are you . i am here to find some professional advice from you. i have bought a 5 Marla plot about 5 years back in wapda town block a3 phase 1 extension. i want to sell it but the price is not up to my expectation. i have talk to society official and they told me that they are in meetings with LDA for the approval of development in this block . well please tell me that i have to wait or to sell this plot and is there any chance of rise in prices in near future and if i have to sell it how much i can get the price.
