Which location is better, commercial broadWay or blocks for commercial plots buying.
What are predictions about future of block S.

Dear Sajjad
8 Marla CCA- 1 and CCA-2 and as well 4 Marla is not a good
Investment because there are broadway commercial have lot of plots
phase 6 has lot of MB plots and CCA. Therefore this take about 15 Years to develop this phases.

Its bit confusing Why peolpe are asking 36K for 2-Marla sector shop in Phase 8, and 8-15K own for 4-Marla commercial on installments?
CMY Sahib, Could you please give your expert advise on this.
