kindly any expert and sinserly give advice me about formanites i bought 10 m plat in farmanates in 2004 it is full paid and cost 5.50 lac society wil give posation area plat in 2012 if we get now in posation area on society demand 3 lac development charges and 3lac for diffrence pay" if i pay 5lac then i can get plat in possaion area it wil cost me about 10lac{there is no plat in lahore 1lac par marla} if i dont deposit any amount and refand plat then 4.5lac wil refand loss about 2lac{in 6years investments}or invest 4.5 +3.5lac myshelf invest in any other plat of or file . or holde the possan area plat for next 5,6 yers {as state life 1} homes r constructed near it and also in ring road under progress any one can also contact me on my cell numb or my email ror give your cell number for better decesion
