statelife phase2 affectes,

today again we had meeting with president at 4 oclock in Sl. Still zero progress. I think sl will never develop.
We made a committe including myself to weekly visit the office and try to check record so real situation could be seen
But at present state life is dead investment.

their are 11000 members of phase too. approximately 7 arab rupees involved. many are retired men, femel, teachers etc. hope you understand shahid1.

I think we need to take the management to Khadim-e-Lahore, (Mian Shahbaz Shareef Sahib), I think he will fix the management very very well and tight to start the development work with a good pace.

map of phase 2 even not submitted, phase 1 revised map still not approved. so khadim alla can not do anything.

I further suugest that State Life is a cooperative society and comes under its Law and Regulations. We should also write a complain to Secretary Cooeperatives on the foolosing facts and to change the legal action against the management for non-compliance of the cooperative laws on teh folwloing grounds:

Not passing the revised MAP if SL1 and MAP of SIL 2.

I further add that under cooperative Laws, the Secerative Cooperatives is legally bound to take action against the socities who do not comply the law but after verification from the documents as in teh possession of Registrar and LDA.

I think Mr. Shahid approach is also good but the action I suugested is also required to exert teh presuure in a legal manners

I have contact Mr. Ikram, Secretary Admin of State Life. He told that the development will be started after 2 years. He also stated that there is no chance of merger with DHA 9/10. May will also be approved.

So, I think that the SL2 will take approx 5-7 years to get developed at its own as it is bigger than SL1.
