I want to comment about EDEN LANE VILLA 2. They have increased prices around 10% in less than 1 months time as compared to initial prices. I called and they told 90% villas are booked. Please advise is it ok to purchase 8 Marla villa at 42 Lacs in installment over a period of 4 years. Kindly advise if it is safe from investment poit of view. I am expecting the price to reach 50 lac in 3-4 years time. They say the location is on Defence road 12 km from Thokar and 1.5 Km from Raiwind. Pls advise if any furute of this location.

Please first of all visit the site by yourself before making any investment.
Like all developers in Pakistan Eden always delays the possession. What ever the marketing staff says neither can be confirmed not denyed.
The investment seems to be safe but not good for investment purpose.
I do not think that it will give you expected prices.
Yesterday I tried my best to see the location but I could not physically find it any where. I suppose that they have not made any clear sign on exact location.
Please do more research before making any decision. |
