May be you have not read my previous e-mail. SA Gardens is also in River Ravi's flood zone. The area has been flooded by Ravi water in past as well. Keeping in view the dull trading in Pakistan property market, better invest this money in DHA-Town, DHA-Rahber, LDA-Avenue etc. |

I have personally visited SA garden and that is very fine place for investment.Their phase 1 is almost completed and phase 2 is under contruction. As for as river ravi is concern,i think its far away from river ravi.It took hardly 20-30 minutes drive from multan road to sa garden on your own convaience. You cant find any place in such a low price with all ficilites available. |

Investment point of view it is very good society. Its adjacent to GT Road and not in the flood zone, i guess. I personally invested in phase-1 and it has gained 50,000/- per marla. Phase-2 launch rate 160,000 per marla and phase-2 is better because it has wide roads minimum 40ft. The negative point is poor dealing of SA Gardens with its client, i mean not very professional. Its not bad society in my opinion. I would suggest anyone to visit the society before making the decision, it will help a lot in decision making. |

I need a plot in SA Gardens, Phase 2- I can offer the rate of 50 thousand per marla- if fully paid which is still more than the prevailing market rate of 30-40 thousand per marla in Kala Shah Kaku and that too on installments ( Please Dont tell me that u bought the plot for 1 lac per marla from SA gardens bcoz that was way too high- Thats why SA gardens was officially selling its 8 marla plots for 6 lakh only last month- These plots were originally launched for about 12 lakh) Plot must be either 3 marla or 5 marla- Instant cash after plot transfer |
