The quality of construction of PHA flats is usually very poor. Hence retaining them for own residentail purposes won't be a wise decision. However, if some one wants to put this garland in other's neck, then it is a good investment provided disposed off as early as possible.
Their flats in some developed sectors (like G-7) did attain handsome gains for the those investors who bought these flats in the right time. |

My own expereience is worse with PHA flats. They had constructed flats in I-11 several year ago. The contract runs away in the middle of finishing work and PHA failed to supply water in this area. CDA is not ready to provide water either and there is no underground water in this area like many other areas of Rawalpindi/Islambad. They have unfinished flats in I-11 and have started making more money and looting people for I-16. I had bought flat in I-11 over 25 lac and there is no one to buy it even on 20 lac now. |

i also submitted the initial payment 241000 plus processing fee 15000 for I-16/3 flat in febrary. after that i also got the letter from pha that your application for flat is accepted and we wil allot you flat after balloting. Its being 4 months now i am waiting for their response. i dont what they are doing?? but whenever you call them they reply committee meeting will decide when start balloting. i don't know when this committee meeting will sit together. Any Idea |

what happened to ur flats ... Do u ppl got them as again in 2015 I got the letter from PHA that I got a flat in balloting and its of approx 64lacs |
