Hi, I am looking for a 2 kanal plot anywhere in Lahore. I am not looking to build my house for at least 6-8 years. What is everyone's suggestion as to where I should buy? I am looking for the most possible appreciation in plot prices and once I build my house in 6-8yrs. My budget in today's market would be max 40 lac.

The best viable option is to purchase a plot on ground in DHA Lahore Phase 7. But, I wonder with the budget you have, you can only buy 1 kanal plot there. One of the options is AWT, Raiwind Road or similar societies there. I am sure you will not be able to get 2 kanal plot in any of reputed societies in Lahore with the budget you have? |

I contacted DHA about their phase 9-10, their current rate is 15 lac for one kanal but they don't have 2 kanal files for phase 9, 10. Is DHA always regarded as best investment for residential area? So what about 1 kanal plots, whats the best area to buy in; again, I wouldn't be building a house for another 6-8 years. |
