Any body told me about LDA-Avenue-I that is it right time to sale out plot of 10 marla in block "C" ir wait for some time. But how many?

Yes I would also like to know what will be best time to sale. :) I also request if someone can post daily rate for 10 marla and 1 kanal plots so that all visitors of the website can have idea of market value.

This is not right time to sale the plot in LDA-Avenue-I Wait for one yeare more.

A.BUTT sahib have you seen lda avenue1.whats ur opinion about it.is it worth to buy a plot there and make house.whats ur opinion what will be the rates in F and H blocks after 2 years.ur comments will be highly appriciated.thanx |
