I recently purchased a one kanal plot in Sui Gas Society (F-95) for Rs.45,50,000/- for immediate construction and living. The plot is at the back side of Sui Gas Society but faces green belt and ring road. Is there access points into Sui Gas from ring road?, if yes , then where would they be located? Plus was it reasonable purchase? Any comments on price appreciation in Sui Gas post ring road completion?
Any news on DHA -Sui Gas merger? Comments will be appreciated

As per my knowledge, I am sure that there is an interchange under construction just adjacent to the main gate of Sui gas society. |

This is a good Purchase Suigas is basicaaly a residential society this Plot has direct exposure to ring Road that is why you got about 3,4 Lac cheaper than an average Plot. If You want to goto rind Road the neares exit on Google earth looks 1.8 KM from here but I think most of People will prefer to go thruogh DHA.
It is good to make home but not good for reselling. |
