According to CMY sahib, maximum rate at Phase 7 is 50 lacks.
DHA Lahore Phase 7 1 Kanal Min Rate = 28 Lacs & Maximum Rate = 50 Lacs

CMY is not the last authority for min and max rate at any area. He just recommends to the best of his judgement. Actual rate can always be settled between buyer and seller. You are certainly free for your own call about rates, but justification given is without merit.

As per my own assessment CMY tries to manipulate rates for his own benefits, as he surely has his own vested interests given the fact that he is a property broker. So, buyers and sellers need to be mindful and careful and search the market before finalizing deals.
