Its good thinking you must construct with the help of architects not thekedar, Usually arch. takes for map, complete layout detail, 4 visits and suggestions, not included interior designing.

I gave my plot to an acrh. for construction.He is qualified arch. Interior designer and have exp. of landscaping. he is also thekedar, but not work with material, 24 hours stay on the plot, also economies the construction cost, new ideas which thekadar doe't know. he have a team of mesons, work 12 hours, his honesty is all the material seller dos't like him because he never get commission. I am satisfied with rate of 150/sq feet working on my plot. usually thekedar never knows about proper ventilation direction of air, where should place for dustbin,shoes,place for dry clothes, how to meet the hot/cold season, in the home, what should do for looking bigger house. if u want to contact and meet him his # is , Naeem Safder
