I want to sell my plot on urgent basis. The plot is located close to Park in EE block of state life. Only 2 installments are remaining. Please send your bid price to my e-mail

The blue square box in the attached file is the exact location of plot on map.

Who can say this plot is close to Park. A huge distance from pak. Pls. be careful in mentioning some thing which is not correct.

well i said 'close' to Park, I didn't say in front of Park :). I don't think it is a huge distance. May be you live in some backward area in Lahore and can not understand what is the role of Park for families when i say 'close to Park'. By close means you can easily access it in the evening. And i provided map to make it clear to potential buyers. It was certainly not intended for nomadic people. I hope your english is good enough to understand the meaning of nomadic before you start a new thread of discussion. Offcourse the housing schemes can not develop all plots in front of parks :). And yes i am demanding less price as compared to plots facing park. Thanks to all who have sent me their bid prices.

I truly agree with Ahmad. At least it was clear to me where plot is located when i looked at the attached map. 'Observer' should have argued is there was no map attached to the advertisement. When it is clear from map then why to give obsessed statements? This person is even using name 'Observer', may be he doesn't have moral courage to write his real name. Thanks and i have also e-mailed you my bid price. My bid is bit low but sorry the SL-2 market is not good these days.

If plot is consider close to park, I guess then all plots should be conisder close to park, as all blocks has parks and I am sure one is closer than other.

OK OK ... there is no option to edit this advertisement ... so i say it is just a normal plot :) ... no more discussions now :) ... i just need serious buyers :) ... Thanks

I have seen the plot site. It is not close to park but behind the park. Only those plots that are surrounding all sides of park are termed as facing park and those following them are termd as close to park. However, the plot 785 is good located and its price is should be approx 6.5 lac.

So, plaese respect others point of view and present your point of view in very ethical and courteous manners, so that every body especially foreigner can see that we are a civilized nation.

Hi Advisor,

I have not go any bid closer to 6.5 lakh. I have also mentioned that there are 2 more installments yet to be paid (50 thousand each). If you have a client willing to buy it then please let me know. I am currently in Netherlands but i am coming to Pakistan on Feb 15 so i really want to sell it.
