I plan to buy 25x50 plot in I-11/2 to make a home in 2/3 year later.I humble request to experts from isb to put light on
1-when cda give the possion to said sector.
2-either this is good invest for future.
3-what is the current rates for said plot

brother i doubt cda will not give immedite possesion either of e 11 i would sujest go for g 13 and inshaallah u will remind me with good words.my email is

Go ahead : No doubt E-11, D-12 and G-13 are better options but price is very high as compare to I-11.
Location of I-11 is very good near Matro , Nescom Hospital , NUST , FAST , Islamic Universities. Land issue is 95% resolved and old residents are demanding more plots. In my opinion within 2 or 3 years sector will live able. I-11/3 ,I-11/4 and part of I-11/2 is already developed. Possession is also given to few plot owners in I-11/1.
Main double between I-11/1 & I-11/2 and Service Road North is already constructed.
