1= Exact location of Phase 5 Ext.
2= aprox time of balet.
3= on balet aprx price of 1 kanal plot.
i request other friends too if they can give theri views also.

The answers to your questions are as follows:
1. The exact location DHA-5 Ext. is not yet clear. But it will be somewhere between DHA-Town and SL-1. You can get an idea by looking at the map.
2. There are chances that DHA-5 ext. ballot will take place before DHA-9. There are rumors about balloting before the end of this year. I am confident that at maximum within 2 to 3 years the balloting will take place.
3. DHA-5 ext. has already seen a rise of 2 lakh in past couple of weeks. It is expected that once the balloting takes place, plots prices will go above 35+ minimum.
In my view it is a good time to invest in DHA-5 ext. but the files are not easily available. |
