kindly share your views regarding +ve / -ve points about central park & LDA Ave 1, which is better to investment & make dream home.

There is no comparison between LDA Avenue and Central Park. Go blindly for LDA Avenue. Just make sure that you buy through a reputed property dealer who can assure you that your plot doesn't have any litigation issues.
About comparison: Just have a look at the map to see the location of these societies. LDA is much better located as compared to central park.
Your investment will be more secure in LDA Avn. as compared to CP.
Final thing is just visit these societies in person to feel the difference.
LDA Av. is more expensive as compared to CP so you may need to have a look at your budget. |
