Can someone update on the litigation issue of gardenia 1, lahore with Bahria town.I am referring to the plots of Overseas Enclave A near the end of Gardenia 1.

Dear Irfan,
After a bit of research i have recently bought a house in Gardenia 1. There are no litigation issues at all.Families are not only living in the houses constructed by a UN enterprise (headed by Nasir Malik, a bahria family member) but heavy cconstruction activity can be seen in the surrounding areas.Bahria has even no objection in getting you the registery of the plot if one likes.
