It is a long term investment and may take 5-10 years to get develop.So, if your intention was to have gain in short time, then it was wrong to buy here. If you have holding power of teh above said period, then it is better to hold because when the good time will come in future or market will be good, then it will be very hard to find plots at the cuurent prevailing price in the market. Today the property market is very sluggish but fortunately there is still a rising trend but at very low pace. Therefore, the existing market is the best time for only buying and holding for a long time depending upon the society.
