This area markes as possibleaskari 12 is infact owned by Govt of Punjab and they demanded 40 Billion from DHA, DHA did not buy this area. I dont know how askari 12 is possible here.]
CMY sb, What this news have impact on Park view and Air Avenue prices, facilities and Traffic flow ?

Hassan bhai its too early to say what will happen here.
Askari 12 could be planned here.
Park view files holders could be adjusted here
DHA 8 proper more plots could come here
Punjab Govt own this land so they could make a GOR here.
It will take min 3 to 5 years to see what actually will be made in this area. Even if they decide to make an askari project here or try to buy land from Punjab Govt for Park view files it wil take few years to complete the process properly. |
