AOA Dear Friends,
I have 11 - 12 lac to invest in property and i want to hold it for 12 years.
I need some help from the property Gurus . Which option from below should i go for .
LDA Phase 1 10 Marla Plot
or
DHA Phase9/10 1k File
I would specially request CMY to give me some advice Please.
If any good option other than the above exist please do let me know.

Abdul Wahid sahab DHA 9/10 is very good future investment. it has lots of potential. But your budget is little low for getting 9/10 file. you have to increased your budget till16.75 lakhs. |

Brother never invest in a bank i am an X-banker.
1st reason profit according to recent Islamic injection is not pure halal, because of very high interest rate driven.
2nd the inflation rate is higher plus the de-value amount in the PKR.
Investment in property or metals (Iron, Gold, Silver etc) is more better from economic point of view. |
