Is LDA Ave D block has any litigation issue, I want to buy 10 Marla plot there is it safe to buy 10 marla plot in D block. Please guide.

Yes there is issues, Near Nasir Gnuj Village there is big area called bagh very wisible on wikimapia or Google earth.
Indicate plot Number I shall try to tell if it falls in that or not |

@ asad as per Info I have one ys old this is not clear area. pls check on gound now I know D Block in more detail than any other area as I was buying Plot there |

So far as I know there is no litigation in LDA Av block D. Its the influential person of Nasir Gunj pind who is hindering the development. Few days back they hit LDA official at site, FIR is also launched. Its just the QABZA group who wants more money from LDA, whose land has already been acquired and paid by LDA. It has to be developed with the help of police if LDA people take it seriously.
Otherwise D block is the best location and directly attached with DHA EME and will have a beautiful approach from Canal road which is fully double carpeted road. |
