i talked in ldaavenue office today and they told me that now the high court will give its decision on litigation case in a few days.there will be delay only when the other party goes for appeal or to supreme court.

Yes Nawab sahib, as per info I have it is Clear for Long time, But please dont make any sale purchase unless you confirm yorself on ground. On Ground clear plot like this can be sold in 33 to 35, It is good for investment.
