Any property dealer for I-11 sector?,

Anyone can provide the contact details of property dealers who deals in I-11 sector islamabad?
I am interested to buy a 25 x 40 or 25 c 50 plot there.

for the time being I-11 is occupied by Afghanis and land mafia agents. Stay away from I-11 ........ CDA possession and later the development work may take decades to accomplish.

Anyway, the Choice is yours.......

Thanks bro, actually i heard that only some part of I-11 is occupied by afghanis while the rest is clear. and also 95 percent issues are solved. (as stated by Mian nadeem also). or is this not true? and really bad investment

That's true but even the clear area is also UNCLEAR in "ligitimate sense". The location no doubt is excellent, however, not recommendable to be invested in perhaps for a couple of years more. I think I-10/1 is a better option of the two although the prices in I-10 are quite high.

i-11 Location is nice and matter related to i-11 is almost solved, now just cda has to pay them to get possession of land from illegal occupant.Before these occupant take stay order from lower court now this case can not proceed more , i think in this budget they will solve it coz there is too much pressure from i-11 union. If they not vacated land, CDA will start commando action wid the collaboration of ICT.

hm but is it the right time to invest or should we wait a few years (because the rates may increase much in few years)

its right time to invest max 3 year. budget for development of i-11 is already fixed in CDA website which was 250 B. now 25*50 plot price is around 23 lack . after starting development prices will boost more than 40 lack. its gud for investment,residential purpose and also gud for rental income. ppl will prefer to take it on rent. for one portion min rent would be 15 thousand.

CDA to give seven-day notice to illegal occupants, it also includes I-11 sector. Good news hopefully it will resolve the issue. Details you can read in the above post 51480.
