Plots for sale in E-16/3 sector Islamabad,

I have two plots of one kanal each on main boulevard no. 23 & 27 in E-16/3 sector. These plots are on 100 foot wide fully carpetted road, levelled plots, final price of each plot is 25 lacs with all dues clear. No negotiation on price :pkf :forsale:

Your demand is much much higher than market.I just purchased a plot last week in the same street near to your plot but comparatively good location in 17lac10thousand (1,710,000).

Make your demand bit realistic and market oriented.

thats a reasonable rate you got plot on, Did you purchase your plot through a property dealer? can you share the contact because i am also looking for a plot in these streets (or nearby) at a reasonable rate as you got,

@Adnan sb, Plots are on the main boulevard are on the best location, if your plot is on the better location than my plots, i can offer you 2 lacs profit on it. Please write your recently purchased plot no. i will confirm it from cdechs that when did you purchased it. Again i tell you plots are on the main boulevard are on the best location and more expensive than any other plots in E-16/3 sector. My price is final.

I dont think amjad is serious in his offer because he is selling his plots for the last one year but couldn't.
I can give you 18 offer cash for your plot (almost 1 lakh profit) which is reasonable.
