I am curious to know if there could be any problem in buying a plot in H-13 sector islamabad? because the location is very good and rates seems good also.
if a plot is transferable and you get the registery done then still there could be any problem or not?

Stay away. Registry and CDA transfer are 2 diffrent things. Slumps are developed in some CDA sectors H-13 population is one of them. H-13 is not yet acquired; when CDA will acquire it plots will be alloted to education institutions. |
