Dear CMY and readers,
please let me know what is the current status of CVT for dha Phase 9. I have read somewhere on this forum that while buying Phase 9 file, one has to take an undertaking that he may have to pay 900,000 as CVT charges in future.
Please clarify the issue for the benefit of many people including myself who are seriously thinking about buying Phase 9 file in coming days.

That is very old news things has been settled for last one month Full Transfer is about 1.25 Lac [all inclusive] |

Breaking News: DHA 9 stamp duty and CVT issue resolved
Important developments about CVT and Stamp duty today. Will update you about it in couple of hours after getting all official details.
My sources are telling me DC value is set at Rs 10 lacs and new stamp duty will be Rs 20000 and CVT will be Rs 20000 both together just 40K.

Plot Transfer Charges are Like This In DHa and other Coperative societies.
1 CVT it is 2% of the Land rate se that rate is called DC rate and Fixed by GOvt [it was 4% few months before]
2. Stamp Duty also 2% of of DC rate
3. Transfer fees payable to Housing society it varies.
4. Membership fees
5. Documentation fees usually not more than 2000
6. Dealers's commission's 1%
So if DC rate is 2500000 Like in DHA 7
CVT 50000
Stamp 50000
tansfer about 25000 [I dont recall exact Figure]
Membership 23000
Doc fees 2000
Comession 30000 [Suppose plot is 30 lac]
All will be 1.8 Lac [this is for phase
DHA 9 is 35000 Lessie about 1.4 Lc |
