I'm looking for 5 marla plot in DHA 6 for investment purpose of upto 2 years. THe price as mentioned at LRE site for this is 20-22Lac.
Could you guys please comment to what extent its safe investment and can it pay back some thing in 2 years.

5 merla plot is about 33 Lac in Phase 5 Now You can calculate the benefit You might get when phase 6 will be also populated like 5 may be in 5 ys time. I see more benefit in kanal plot |
