Dear CMY,
I have received a letter from Sahir Associates reagrding the development charges for Khayaban e Amin Plots.
I want your experienced opinion about keeping this plot or selling it out. The development charges are 8 lacs and need to be paid in quarterly instalments (80,000 per quarter).
Also please elaborate the location and future of this society.
One more thing, I want to invest in DHA pahse 7, my budget is 35 lacs Max, Please advise me some best available option.

the same I received, its so depressing tht we have lost our land cost abt 50% since the time of purchase, they thrown us far away in jungle, havn't given any time frame for delivery of plot, havn't their map approved from LDA, but yes they are asking for money.

Better to get a developed Plot in KEMC Nala Par in 12 Lac than go Further deep, This main Bluvard shown with decoration has no relation with the Land they have acquired. |

AOA,
I do have two files of Khayaban e Amin. I am holding them since 2003. Lost half of the value, what should I do now? pay 1600K for development charges, since we don't know the expected date of plot delivery.. Any insight please?

Guys you must have seen all the ads and the model houses built in Khyaban e Amin and they are atracting a lot of attention, mainly due to the cheap price and the installment factor;
well to cut long story short, they gathered more customers than expected and Mr Sahir has run short of plots to build houses so the question is how will SAHIR get more cheap land/plots to build houses the answer is enforce huge amount of development charges and force people to sell there plots at cheap rates..trust me if you sell your plot now the only buyer who will be most interested will be SAHIR...
This is dirty game guys all set up by SAHIR ;
i would not recomend selling your plots and niether will i recomend paying those insane development charges. |

i also have 4 files of 1-kanal each for which i paid 1700000 for each after ballot i got two plots in "D" Block which i can sell on 2200000 each easily and rest two plots 1 in Q and 1 in R block no doubt prices of which are presently low but i feel it will be as equal as of "D" block after development |
