Hi Khalid, I guess You have no idea price and saying that 5 merla house in Johar Town R Block Block Is less than 23, I wish that time come again I am sure it is plot not House as average 2 story House in that area is 36 to 42 lac

Its a plot and it should be quite obvious from that demand since a 5 marla house single story or double story can never be found in this area in that much amount. And well Habib I somewhat agree with you. Since I am myself a builder and real estate consultant, builders currently working in this block R1 johar town are demanding 45 - 50 lac for a 5 marla house with A grade construction/finishing. R1 block has a very good location. 5 min drive from shoukat khanam and expo centre. LDA office is at 5 min drive.
