Please advise
1-is there any file available for Phase 5 extension?
2- what is the total cost of the file including commsision?
3- I already have phase 9 file. Shouls I again pay the DHA member ship fee.......

DHA 5 ext one kanal file is available at Rs 22.60 lacs. Transfer cost paid to DHA and Govt is Rs 1.84 lacs. Commission for this file will be 22000.
For Any DHA file or plot you pay membership once for each file. For DHA 5 ext and DHA 9 you pay separate membership. |
