Though model town link raod considered as potentional shopping area but its surroundings had suffered a lot due to heavy trafic specially in evening and night times due to which it had loss its worth.
Secondly, satuation in your case is more tight as gali opposing Domino pizza is very small. |

Due to that reason this plot rate is too low otherwise u can guess model town rates in Assad's post. anyway its corner plot and both streets r wide but entrance from link road is small. |
