@ ISB For Eden Model town Villas 65 Lac slightly negociable is Very Good price if House is in good Conditon, Land here is exactly 6.5 to 7 Lac Per Merla, No matter House is Built in 1990. You cant get liveable House in 65-56=9 Lac or may be less,
But My own thinking is if I am Looking for 20 ys old House I will prefer owner Built House as, Company /Thekedar Houses Complete their life in 20 ys. But it is worth seeing this house with some expert and if in good condition can be very good deal in 62,63.
It like enjoying all facilities of Andoone Sheher and symmetry and roads DHA |
