1-If someone buy DHA Phase 5-Ext File what is graunttee that DHA will prvide plot.
2-Wwhat are development charges for phase 5 ext and how you see for investment point view phase 5 ext.
3- When ballot for Phase 5 Ext, Phase 6 Ext and phase 9/10 will happen only file holder will able to get plots or general public can also participate in ballot.
I am new to this site and dont have information about. Can you please provide information.

1)DHA 5 extension files were issued against 4 kanal land given to DHA Lahore. You will either get a plot of one kanal or 4 kanal land if DHA ever decides not to develop the land.
2)Min development charges will be Rs 10 lacs payable in 3 years in installments.
3)No official date of ballot is available for any phases of DHA Lahore. DHA Lahore only announce a date just 2 to 6 weeks before the actual ballot.
