i want to buy two files of phase 5 ext, i have checked with few property dealers , they promised to buy me these files but after keeping me in waiting they said that it is very difficult while people holding these files of phase ext 5 do not want to sell.
1- can you arange such files for me and on what cost.
2= when is expected ballet?
3= what is f
uture of phase 5 ext?
4= WHAT IS THE LOCATION WHERE THE PLOTS WILL BE ALLOTED.

Yes Lahore real estate can find files for you. We bought few files for our clients during this week and insha Allah will be able to find two files for you and on better price than any property dealer in DHA. Please call me at to arrange the deals.
1) DHA 5 ext could be bought at 22.60 to 22.75 lacs today.
2) I dont have official date of ballot from DHA
3) Very good chance to gain lot of money in short and long term with the safety and peace of mind that your money is safe with DHA Lahore investment.
4) One side State life phase 1, Other side DH 5 a and j blocks after ring road. Third side Askari 11 and DHA 6 and on forth side DHA town phase 9. All side developed or under development.
Price is unbelievable low and have lot of room to rise even without the ballot in near future.

Dear Mr. CMY,
Would you be so nice of you., to inform complete details regarding development charges and any other charges which would be payable to DHA after ballot or on possesion.
Also please give idea what are you looking the cost of 1k in DHA 5 EXT in next 5-7 yrs (after possestion / ballot etc.)
Please give fair answer w/o thinking that I am seller or buyer.

Dr sahib I expect development charges to be min Rs 10 lacs payable in 3 years in installments.
I believe in 5 to 7 years DHA 5 ext ara plots will be worth 80 to 120 lacs including development charges.

Please also elloborate that is this best time to buy DHA 5 EXT. file or should wait to rate come down as it was near 20 in last 3-4 months.
Also pls advice the complete procedure about transfering file and its charges.
