If i purchase one file of 1k in defense phase 5 ..till get the possession of plot how much more i have to spend....Thanks

Mr Ahmad you will have to pay only development charges, in 2010 DHA asked for 10 Lac development charges which were less than expectation, To be on safe side you can imagine that these charges can be about 12 Lac if Ballot happens in one year time.
DHA 5 ext files are in Market for last 6,7 ys still there is no confirm news of Ballot.
