Dear Experts,
Please suggest me regarding above subject.
I have already taken the possession of my plot in G Block, Fazaia Housing Scheme Raiwind Road, Lahore.
Now I am very confused as still there is no construction of houses started in the scheme. I have had this plot not for investment but for building house as the location is perfectly alright with me and my family.
This is a universal fact that there is always a first person in every society to start building the home. Why not me in this case?????
Please suggest me if I start making the house this year, Would it be beneficial for other Fazaia housing members???

Please be aware in April 2011 work on southern part of ring road may start. Ring road southern part may go from middle of Fazaia housing scheme so you run risk of loosing your plot as govt only pays you DC value and not the actual value of your plot. You may want to hold your purchases in Fazaia Housing Scheme Lahore until ring road final path is 1005 clear to you.

As far as the map is concerned for Fazaia Housing Scheme, I was told that the LRR SL2 will be passing in between the said society. G block is far away from that area. Please kindly check in your database that 259 A will be affected ? I am quite concerned with your above answer. Thanks |

DXB, Please consult the Incharge of Fazaia Housing Scheme Site Office, who will be having the latest information about the path of LRR SL2. |
