I am long reader of this site I have one Shikwa" to CMY sahib That he never clearly told in discussions that which areas of DHA 6 and 7 MAP is having encroachments or not in possession of DHA, I you goto any XYZ dealer, They Clearly tell you that this area is not yet under posession of DHA though showing on map.
For potential buyers there can be nothing more important than that.

Habib bhai sorry you may have missed my posts and maps on www.lahorepakistan.net. I have pointed these out many many times even recently i told every one to avoid DHA VII V block due to huge village named Chuck Deera in it. Brother I even spent months on interactive google maps on www.lahorepakistan.net that could show you all pockets in one click in all phases of DHA Lahore and even schemes other than DHA Lahore. With just a mouse click you can turn off and on map on google setalite map and see what is under that map. No one in Lahore property market will ever show you that kind of info but I have these maps online for all of you to see for more than a year.

Till today google or wikimap are still unable to draw a map for plots level to show you actulal pockets effecting your plot.

Asif sahib who ever is suggesting you to buy plot in V block of DHA 7 is not your true friend. Please dont buy any plot in DHA 7 V block upper part as there is a huge village called chuk Deera. This village is not going to be cleared by DHA because DHA have made a new curved road in S block of DHA 7 to avoid this village.

At this point DHA is not buying any land to clear village Deera and in future its very rare chance that DHA will buy this village any more.

V block and W block have Chak Deera village in it that may take a while to get cleared . R is now developed as much as M and L blocks of DHA 6 other than about 30 plots in gravyard area.

What about the X-block of Phase-7. There is a village seen in it. Will it effect the Y-block's main Park facing plots.

CMY sahib, in same Contex would you give comments of DHA 7 Q Block, One of my friend is having Plot near 707 I was also interested to buy there, Now I saw there was small encroachment there Blocking the Road to Commercial, I asked those people who were sitting there, they thought i was ealer, and said that we are having only Qabza of araa and and are asking 8 Cror from DHA. Would you tell in detail the status of Q Block as this is most developed Block but price is quite reasonable even far from village.
