It is 7 KM from Abar Chowk
It is next to military account and Nasheman2 and UET
I think 4 Lac per merla is very high price, In Miltary account 4 Merla is about 10 to 11 Lac but its development standred is average

May be i am wrong but it looks like the 1st block of eden residencia. Eden residencia memebre still waiting for the plot no. but so far the map has not been approved by LDA. if wrong some body can correct. It is same like Eden land eden meadows in Eden garden

The only attraction is installment, although i have not idea what prevailing prices in that area.

Eden launches a new society every other day, but not completing their already long delayed projects. I and some of other colleagues got booked small houses in Eden Gardens Ferozepur Road. They promised to deliver in two years. Two and half years are passed but the progress is not more than 30%. With same speed they will take five more years for sure. They delayed construction by themselves, but sending notices to us for price escalation adjustment. I wonder how they are managing to sell their projects with many delayed ones.
